1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 7-30 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

A: Yes, we can provide samples for quality checking before bulk production. Sample time usually takes 7-15 days depending on the product.
Q5: What is your production lead time?
A: Normally, the production time is around 30-60 days after order confirmation and deposit received. The exact time depends on the order quantity and product style.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We usually accept T/T bank transfer. Other payment methods can be discussed according to order requirements.
